Left Coast Crime 2013

I am officially registered to attend Left Coast Crime in Colorado Springs next March. I still think it’s a little bizarre that, for this convention’s geographical purposes, Colorado is considered a coastal state. But if it means that they are holding one close enough that I don’t have to scrape together money for airfare, I am not about to complain. I almost went to the one in Santa Fe in 2011 but had too much going on, so this will be my very first LCC. I’m looking forward to it, especially as I had the good fortune to meet GoH¬†Craig Johnson¬†recently, and as I look over the list of attendees, I see lots of people I haven’t seen in many years. This should be fun!

I’m trying to decide if I should go to Malice Domestic in 2013, too. I haven’t been in ages, and I always love an excuse to visit DC. But I am already planning to go to a steampunk con in March, and then I’m going to be out of the country for a while in April, so perhaps I’d best hold off on any further commitments for a while.
